Let me first start with a compliment… Fred is always warm and welcoming as is Mike that always works on my vehicle. I have been with your dealership 16 years now. Now, The unpleasant comments.. People forever have said that the dealerships rip you off when servicing your vehicle so that’s exactly what happened at my last appt. You can look at my account and see exactly what I I’m referring too!!!!! I signed for approx $700-$1000 60,000 mile service with strut alignment brake and suspension check Once the evaluation was complete I received multiple texts with links that had a huge total of almost $2200 for the repairs. Unbelievable!!! So I accepted to have the work finished! Then I finally spoke with Fred when the car was finished and was totally shocked to review with Fred that the texts didn’t include the parts!!!!!! When I picked up the vehicle Fred was super apologetic but the final bill was well over $4000 I almost had a heart attack. Because I have such a great relationship with Fred and Mike I paid the bill but I will not be returning for future service or to purchase a new vehicle. It truly has nothing to do with Fred or Mike or my personal experience with them or the quality of work. Thanks 😊 Hugs 🥰 Leslie
