Someone at work told me that people had observed problems with my car alarm, so dealership just turned the alarm off without telling me. Second day that I got my truck back, things were stolen in my truck.

Received great service from Service Advisor Brooke Diaz on my 2023 Canyon Denali that I bought new at Costa Mesa GMC. Small hiccup when 1 of 2 wrong parts arrived after driving over 40 minutes round trip to have warranty parts installed on my 2nd visit to dealership. Had to then wait for wrong part to be reordered and arrive and then make a 3rd round trip just for left side bottom window trims for front and rear door to be installed. For my time inconvenience, Brooke offered to perform a full detail on my truck. They did an awesome job and my 2023 Canyon Denali truck looks like new! Between Brooke and the other service advisors along with Service Manager Sergio, are why I keep driving over 40 minutes for all my service, warranty and sales support at Costa Mesa GMC. Great job!
